In the subject line of your email: write your Full Name.
In the body of your email: write what you are interested in improving with Microblading and tell us more about your skin (Normal, Dry, Combination or Oily). This will give us an opportunity to inspect your brows and reserve enough time for your appointment.
Call/Text our coordinator to reserve your perfecting touch up immediately after booking your appointment. This will ensure that you're follow up perfecting touch up is done in a timely manner.

Clients with previous & faded microblading/tattoos done by a different artist must get pre-approved before booking.

In the body of your email: write how old the previous tattoo is, how you feel about the shape and present color. Also include what you would like to improve with Microblading or Combo 3D Brows. Tell us more about your skin (Normal, Dry, combination or Oily)
Once you receive a response with an approval, you can book your appointment.
YOU MUST OBTAIN APPROVAL BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU BOOK THE SPACE WITHOUT APPROVAL, YOU RISK LOSING YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
**Our cancellation policy has been revised as follows. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled with less than 7 days notice, the client will not lose their deposit as long as they pay for the service in full, the day it was originally scheduled for. They may then change the date free of charge and will not owe anything else at the time of their new appointment. We look forward to seeing you!
Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Microblading deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 7 days notice.
Do not arrive early. Check in to our vagaro app when you arrive. We will notify you once the artist is ready for you to come inside.
We have metered parking on the street or you can park at the Starbucks valet located on Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.
Due to CDC COVID-19 guidelines, we do not allow guests in studio during client treatments. We kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and outdoor bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment. DUE TO CALIFORNIA STATE REGULATIONS, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS ALLOWED IN OUR STUDIO.
A $NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided to VAGARO upon booking your online reservation. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged the day of your appointment
If your service requires a perfecting touch up. It is client’s responsibility to schedule their appointment. This can be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. Perfecting Sessions are typically booked during your first visit. This perfecting session is crucial for the best results. If you miss your perfecting touch up, you will need to schedule a color boost. See pricing for details. Most clients require annual touch ups. Second touch up may be required for clients with no hair/alopecia. Priority booking will always be given to our return clients over new clients. If you are a return client and you need a touch up, check our online booking for artist availability.
